WHERE ARE MY DVDs?

So I ordered DVDs on April 12th. I was promised that they would arrive within 7 working days and I would receive an email confirming they have been dispatched.

I never received an email saying they had been dispatched.

I also didn't get me sorry MY ('Geordie' language kicked in there) DVDs, so I emailed them asking 'WHERE ARE MY DVDs?' I got a reply...

Always include the order history when replying as it may not be possible to find your previous emails.  Also, your reply will not necessarily go to the same person.

I emailed them back with my order number. I then got seven yes SEVEN emails. One of which was...

In regards to your email, it looks like there has been a delay in your order being dispatched.
Please accept our apologies for this delay, we will now be making an investigation as to why there has been.
However, I can confirm that this has been rectified and your items dispatched (24/04/2012).
